Scholarship Appeal

 

The MOFW Scholarship Program was intended to become a self-sustaining invested fund program.  Over the years,  the RI MOFW has provided increasing amounts of scholarships without building  an adequate fund capital base.

 

MOFW companions are urged to contribute directly to the scholarship fund to supplement returns from the annual golf tournament and raffles.  Substantial donations will serve to build the fund capital base while maintaining an appropriate level of scholarship awards.

Westerly Armory Appeal

 

Support The Westerly Armory Restoration Program

October 4, 2005 -- Companion Roberta Mudge Humble is the President of Westerly Armory Restoration Inc.  We are reminded that the MOFW and its members honor and memorialize service to our country.  Congress awarded the Westerly Armory a Save America's Treasures grant and the armory restoration program needs to match grant funds.  A total of $45,000 must be raised for the armory program.
